At 12:10 a.m., dispatch received a call regarding loud gunshot sounds near East and Adams Street. The caller reported hearing a distinct gunshot noise and stated it was not a firework. However, the caller could not provide additional details beyond describing the loudness and duration of the sound. Officers responded to the area but observed no further activity. No report was filed in connection with the incident.
Shortly after 4:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Rowe Street for a report of abnormal behavior. A caller reported a female exhibiting erratic conduct, crying and wailing. The caller believed the subject was experiencing night terrors accompanied by thrashing and indicated the individual needed medical assistance. When responders arrived, the subject was unwilling to cooperate with officers. The incident was logged with a law enforcement designation.
