Key Line Merges with Palouse Power in Utility Infrastructure Deal

Key Line, an Oregon-based utility services contractor backed by investment firm Gemspring, has merged with Palouse Power, a Washington utility company, consolidating operations across the Pacific Northwest.

Both firms specialize in construction and maintenance work for electric distribution, transmission, and substation infrastructure, as well as communications systems. The combined entity expands service capacity for utilities and energy operators across the region.

Key Line operates from Roseburg, Oregon, while Palouse Power is based in Quincy, Washington. The merger positions the combined company to serve a broader geographic area and customer base in utility infrastructure development and ongoing maintenance operations.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
